Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.

You can get in touch with us at adirusracewears@gmail.com to begin a return. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package if your return is approved. We won’t accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.

Damages and problems
In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us right away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Exclusions and non-refundable products
Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), customized goods (special orders, personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products) are among the categories of items that cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns for gases, flammable liquids, or hazardous materials. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your particular item, please contact us.

Sadly, gift cards and items on sale are not returnable.

Trades
Returning the item you have and making a new purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to make sure you get what you want.

Returns
As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.
